Turn down the “inner noise”

Gen Z has never had more ways to connect, yet real connection has never been harder. And that lack of real connection matters: 1 in 5 young people worldwide experiences loneliness.

What often gets in the way of reaching out is what we’ve called INNER NOISE: the pressure and messages social media and its algorithms keep feeding us, until they start to feel like our own thoughts.

So, to really let Gen Z feel what that noise does and what can happen when you manage to turn it down and reach out anyway, we made a short fiction film that runs online and in cinemas worldwide and was launched on World Mental Health Day.
