I've spent the last 12+ years making things for people who'd rather be doing something else. Films, campaigns, booklets, platforms and even an official toy. Whatever the format, I've always been interested in the same thing: getting someone to stop and feel something.

I started at Ogilvy Amsterdam, sharpened my craft at Dawn, worked on international brands at Dentsu Creative and eventually went freelance. Along the way, picked up ADCN Lamps, SAN Accents, Esprix Awards, Gold at the European Design Awards, an Epica, a Webby, a Lovie and an Effie. I also won the Golden Saw for Best Young Advertising Team in the Netherlands and, in 2024, had the honour of serving as Jury President at ADCN's Dutch Creativity Awards.

These days I work independently as a creative director and copywriter. Sometimes I join a team. Sometimes I bring my own. Sometimes I'm brought in when a brief needs a fresh pair of eyes. I like simple ideas. The kind you can explain in one sentence and build a whole campaign around. The kind that make people feel something before they realise they've been advertised to.
